Thank you for purchasing from Three-JS Workshops (https://threejs-workshops.com/). We stand behind the quality of every course, workshop, and digital product we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility

  • All products sold through this website — including self-paced video courses, downloadable source files, live or recorded workshops, and any future digital products — are covered by this Refund Policy.
  • There are no exceptions. If you bought it here, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

2. 14-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Refund Window

  • You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date for a full refund.
  • No explanation is required, but your feedback is always appreciated and helps improve future workshops.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email akella.a@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Product Name].
  2. Include the following in your message:
    • Your order ID (found in your FastSpring receipt).
    • The email address you used at checkout.
    • The product name.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via FastSpring, our payment provider.
  • We process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
  • You will receive an automated confirmation email from FastSpring once the refund has been initiated.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

Residents of the European Union retain their statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital content under Directive 2011/83/EU. This policy fully complies with — and in fact mirrors — that requirement.
